Navneet has a track record of 15 years of proven sales experience and building OEM relationships in the software and hardware industry across the South Asia and APAC regions. Navneet started his sales career at HCL in India and achieved the national #2 Sales position in the company. Navneet then moved onto TCS Mumbai and Pune and was consistently a top ranking sales executive there as well. Navneet then started TCS operations in Vietnam –the first Indian company to use Vietnam as a sourcing base. Following the start up of TCS in Vietnam , Navneet started software development operations for Tata Consultancy Services in China , securing large wins from GE, Shanghai Stock Exchange, and Shenzhen Development Bank. He then went on to Sasken Communication Technologies Ltd., where he secured long term contracts and relationships for Sasken in China . With aggressive and persuasive sales strategies and an entrepreneurial mindset, Navneet is a key player in IGI Groups’s success especially in the Asean regions with a sound knowledge of both the Vietnamese and Chinese language.

He brings rich management expertise from C-DOT, AT&T Bell Labs, Nortel Networks, Cisco Systems, Centillium communications among others.
Dan earned his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Malviya Engineering college Gorakhpur and Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology. He earned his Business Management degree from the Indian Institute of Management (IIMB) Bangalore.
